Summary

The objectives of the position are to provide executive support to Senior Leadership team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to meeting preparations, strategic projects roll-out and follow-up etc.  

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

  • Creation, design and delivery of presentations, minutes and internal reports
  • Qualified preparation, follow-up and recording of appointments
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of cross-departmental strategic projects and special topics
  • Constructive and cooperative monitoring of the implementation of decisions and strategies
  • Active support of the supervisor in meetings, inspections and appointments
  • Support in the planning, coordination and implementation of meetings and events as well as the preparation and follow-up of these in their supervisor’s area of responsibility
  • Support with internal and external communication
  • Maintenance and tracking of project and concept overviews

What you'll need

  • University degree holder
  • Preferably prior experience working with a CEO and Board of Directors
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an energetic environment with multiple priorities.
  • High level of commitment and personal responsibility
  • Communication and organisational skills and a quick grasp of the situation
  • Exceptional command of the English language (German and / or mandarin are beneficial)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
