I was given a plethora of opportunities throughout my three rotations in the two-year graduate trainee program, with cross-departmental projects that gave me a strong foundation and understanding of our business operations and strategic directions. Due to the nature of these rotations, I was fortunate to have established many meaningful connections that enabled me to collaborate more effectively, gain wider perspective to my contributions at work, and receive many helpful supports from managers and directors that propel my full-time role in Hardgoods’ Cross-Functional Team to the next level!

My role in production supporting team is challenging, I tackle complex tasks that keep me engaged and excited about my work. I collaborate closely with talented colleagues. Together, we solve problems and achieve our goals. The organisation fosters a dynamic environment. Regular activities such as sunset jogging and festival handcraft keep me energized. Overall, my job allows me to make a positive impact, which is incredibly fulfilling.

As a Production Planning Controller, I encounter new opportunities and challenges daily. Working with this organization has enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and leaders. Building a robust network of professional connections and mentors has been a significant milestone, opening doors to opportunities I never imagined. I thrive in team environments where ideas are shared freely and everyone works toward a common goal.
