Corporate Communications Specialist

Summary

As the Communications Specialists you will support the Communications Department in developing and implementing a 360 communications strategy across the Lidl & Kaufland Asia organization. 

What you'll do

• Support the development and implementation of innovative and effective internal and external communications strategies and clear narratives that are tailored to internal and external stakeholders. 
• Support project and events communication to drive organisational objectives.
• Develop content required for social media engagement and internal communication. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal communication initiatives and activities. 
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, including journalists, vendors and sponsors, for smooth implementation of sponsored events. 
• Manage collateral related to employer branding to promote Lidl as an employer of choice

What you'll need

• General Degree/Diploma preferably in Communications, Graphic Design or Business 
• 3 - 5 years of work experience of which at least 2 years in communications
• Organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written. German, Mandarin, Bengali, Vietnamese, to liaise with overseas counterparts is a plus
• Excellent knowledge and good hands-on experience of social media platforms and communications related analytical tools. 
• Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines.
