Summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia are hiring a Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our quality assurance operations - admin & certification team. The successful candidate will be responsible for below tasks,

•    Ensure our products meet or exceeds customer expectations
•    Ensure our products have all relevant documents and certificates to prove compliance with sustainability standards such as FSC, GRS, OCS and others.

What you'll do

•    Develop, maintain, and monitor databases for all sustainability certifications (e.g., FSC, GRS, OCS etc.)
•    Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to QA processes across the department
•    Initiate certification processes with accredited testing laboratories
•    Prepare and manage sustainability certification audits
•    Oversee daily operations related to sustainability certifications, including:

-    Document preparation and management
-    Artwork review and submission to third parties for approval
-    Recording and tracking of data, approvals, and documentation
-    Handling laboratory test quotations and discussing with superiors for confirmation
-    Inputting data into the master database
-    Communicating and resolving issues with external laboratories

•    Maintain and update internal guidebooks and relevant documentation
•    Identify and escalate critical and major issues within the area of responsibility
•    Develop and deliver training sessions to relevant internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need

•    Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Engineering roles
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Hardgoods or softlines, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is an advantage
•    Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for communication with diverse stakeholders
•    Prior experience with FSC or other sustainability certifications is a strong advantage
•    Familiarity with the workflow of trading, buying, or sourcing offices
•    Experience working with third-party testing laboratories and retail clients
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level); PowerPoint skills are a plus.
