(Senior) Process Analyst

Summary
- To assist the merchandising director in implementing strategic projects
- To assist the execution of projects within the division or across departments in Lidl & Kaufland Asia.
- To review process related topics within the division or across department in Lidl & Kaufland Asia.
What you'll do
- To implement projects under the guidance of department director.
- Support strategic initiatives, analyse data, develop concepts, and provide valuable insights to facilitate strategic planning and business growth.
- Conduct research and analyse relevant data to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes, identify trends, opportunities and risks that impact the organization's strategic goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through continuous collaboration with the World of Needs departments and other teams in the company.
- Play a vital role in providing solutions to critical business issues and decisions, to achieve process improvement and efficient operations.
- Prepare and present reports and findings, presentations, and recommendations to management, and key stakeholders.
- Provide support in ad hoc projects as needed.
What you'll need
- University graduate or above in Business Administration/Project Management/ Operations Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of process or project implementation with experience in trading or buying offices.
- Knowledge and hands on experience in areas of operations transformation, business process improvement is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical and methodical approach to problem solving with ability to think innovatively.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
