Summary

The objective of the position is to assist the Senior Infrastructure Manager to set up and maintain the system and network infrastructure of the company.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

  • Provide daily support to end users and perform Helpdesk function if needed
  • Setup, install and maintain the hardware and software of the company
  • Responsible for daily system operations activities and network maintenance
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory
  • Troubleshoot and solve any IT related problem
  • Support the network, systems and applications
  • Coordinate with teams in different locations
  • Manage external vendors

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in system administration or a closely related IT role
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Windows Server administration (2016 or newer) and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP)
  • Working knowledge of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs) and firewall management
  • Solid experience in administering and supporting virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi or Proxmox)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with PC / Server (both software / hardware)
  • Knowledge in Linux, MECM, NetBackup
  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automating routine tasks
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and self motivated
