Finance Manager
Summary
The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in:
Deputising the Senior Finance Manager, where necessary
Managing the operational Finance and Cash Management functions throughout the region
Executing robust liquidity planning and reporting
What you'll do
• Manage and coordinate the cash management operations, including bank account management, payment processing, and optimising banking relationships to minimise costs and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and analyse cash flow forecasts to ensure optimal liquidity levels are maintained to meet operational and financial obligations.
• Identify, execute, and manage corporate funding requirements.
• Manage the Letter of Credit activities, including issuance, amendment, overall administration, ensuring terms are aligned with our purchase agreements and mitigating any associated risks.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports related to treasury activities, including cash position, cash flow forecasts, and investment performance.
• Execute the foreign exchange hedging activities to mitigate currency risk exposure.
• Identify and assess financial risks related to treasury operations, such as interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and counterparty risk, and execute developed strategies to mitigate such risks effectively.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operational teams, to support strategic initiatives and provide treasury-related expertise and guidance.
• Responsible for executing the financial policies and procedures in accordance with Group policy.
What you'll need
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study, CPA/ACCA would be a plus.
• At least 7 years of working experience in related job function and 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in performing a similar function in a corporate treasury in FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively and communicate with senior-level business partners.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in SAP financial accounting software (payment module) is a must
