2026 Graduate Trainee (IT) - Singapore

Summary

The objective of the position is to design, build, and deploy AI, Gen AI and Machine learning models and AI-powered solutions

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:
•    Model Development & Implementation: Design, develop, train, and test machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models using company’s AI allowable frame-works like TensorFlow etc. 

•    Data Pipeline Management: Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation. 

•    Deployment & MLOps: Deploy ML models into production systems using CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices. Monitor model performance, and retrain and update models as needed

•    System Integration: Integrate AI models with existing software applications and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability

•    Collaboration & Prototyping: Work closely with cross-functional teams to under-stand business requirements, conduct experiments, and rapidly prototype new AI solutions

•    Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to propose and implement innovative solutions.

What you'll need

• Graduates of 2026 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience
• Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least 3.0 with major, including but not limited to:Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Good academ ic and Demo or POC, hands-on experience in a similar work, such as AI design, Machine Learning or building Data pipelines
• Programming Proficiency: Good programming skills in Python are essential. Familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn is required.
•  ML/DL Frameworks: Some experience with at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Cloud Computing: Light Experience with any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their respective AI/ML services
• Software Engineering: Good understanding of software development principles
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
•  Proficiency in PL/SQL to write SQL scripts
• Experience in data modelling would be an advantage
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Curious, proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment
