Continuous improvement is important to us. With the goal of increasing efficiency and employing best practices, our internal audit teams provide independent assurance on corporate governance, risk management and internal controls.

Our legal teams provide advice, support and training to ensure we operate with a high level of integrity and comply with Lidl standards.

Our people are our strength. The human resources teams support all business units with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, while helping our colleagues reach their full potential through ongoing development.

We are all changemakers. Through open forums, training programmes and more, our change-management team helps our people adopt new processes and technology.

Our IT teams have embarked on a five-year project to automate and digitise the entire sourcing process. From ideation and product development to negotiation, sales, production, quality and shipping, we have a roadmap that lays out the best combination of third-party and in-house developed tools and solutions to drive us forward.

As part of the IT department, our project management teams implement these systems and power our growth every day.
