Summary

Act as a strategic HR business partner to the Offshore Leadership team; responsible for all HR matters, act as HR advisor to all Offshore countries.  The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting and delivering effective people-based solutions across the business to build a high-performance organisation by empowering and engaging our employees.
This role will own the design and delivery of all culture and engagement initiatives, ensuring our values are embedded in our programs and active communication channels. 

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/her superior:
•    Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Offshore Leadership team, providing proactive thought leadership and advice on all HR matters. 
•    Confidently partner with business unit heads to identify their needs and implement initiatives that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
•    Shape, roll out, and champion our company culture and values. Design and implementation of effective engagement strategies and action plans that enhance overall employee satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals. This includes designing processes to track, measure, and gather data on employee sentiment and behaviors to inform decision-making.
•    Serve as a proactive business partner on a variety of HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, career management, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, and organizational development.
•    Coach, support, and mentor managers in the application of HR policies and practices. You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposure for the business.
•    Partner closely with other HR specialist teams, including Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Systems, to support the delivery of their projects and strengthen our employer brand.
•    Act as the primary HR advisor for all offshore country management and HR, ensuring the successful rollout and execution of HQ HR initiatives. You will also ensure day-to-day HR support is provided by local teams and/or HR Centers of Excellence.
•    Participate in and lead various assigned HR projects as needed.

What you'll need

•    A minimum of 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist is required, with at least 5 of those years in a lead role focused on driving culture change and employee engagement.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
•    An analytical thinker with a keen attention to detail. 
•    Experience with Excel, SAP HR, or SuccessFactors is highly beneficial.
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where leading and adapting to change is part of the DNA. 
•    A strong desire for continuous improvement and a problem-solving attitude are essential.
•    Able to work independently and proactively while also being a collaborative communicator.
•    Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages may be beneficial to communicate with regional stakeholders and employees.
