As a 3D Product Designer, you will provide administrative and operational coordination support to the Hardgoods (HG) Digital Development team in executing and overseeing CGI projects, while providing hands-on support in 3D asset management, basic modeling, and product design. 

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior:

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the Hardgoods Digital Development team.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate project schedules and ensure CGI milestones are met.
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials, internal and external correspondence, and the consolidation of reporting data.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative and operational assignments as required.


3D & Design Support

  • Manage and maintain 3D asset libraries and trackers to drive operational efficiency and support new methods of working.
  • Assist in producing high-quality renders, basic CAD models, and CGI assets for internal presentations and visualization.
  • Support creative concepting by translating product ideas into rapid visual assets and digital prototypes.

What you'll need

  • Higher Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or tertiary education in Industrial Design, Product Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, ideally within a buying office, trading, or manufacturing environment.
  • Working knowledge of 3D fundamentals and familiarity with 3D software (e.g., SolidWorks, KeyShot, Blender) and Adobe Creative Suite are beneficial.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and detail-orientated execution.
  • Team player who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
