Summary
Lidl & Kaufland is hiring a Trade Finance (Letter of Credit) Executive to join our Accounting Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Letters of Credit (L/C) handling
- Communicating with stakeholders on L/C related matters
- Supporting duties related to L/C
What you'll do
- Work on the issuance of L/C, data entry, L/C document operation
- Follow-up the status of the L/C progress and solve the issues
- Responsible for coordinating with internal partners, merchandising, logistics and/or suppliers
- Generate ad hoc reports independently
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
What you'll need
- Diploma Degree or above in Accounting, International Business or Logistics or Supply Chain
- At least 2 years of working experience in Trading, import/export business
- L/C handling experience is a must
- Familiar with trade operation procedures, foreign trade document process and related laws and regulations, with expertise in trade field
- Experience in working in Trade Finance Banking will be an advantage
- Excellent PC skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel)
- Be serious, responsible, rigorous, and be patient and meticulous to the routine jobs
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and timely input
