Summary

We are currently hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Development to join our HR team!

What you'll do

  • Accountability for the areas of Learning & Development and Talent Development
  • Responsible for the development and retention strategies for talent across Asia
  • Develop and launch the measurement, reporting and development interventions for employees and leaders at all levels
  • Lead Talent reviews, succession planning and other talent strategies
  • Design and deliver appropriate automation throughout the Learning functions
  • Setup of the Learning strategy
  • Lead our TD systems of SF success factors, Talmundo and Lattice
  • Support simplification initiatives and drive HR simplification
  • Work as a coach and advisor to the organisation

What you'll need

  • A strong combination of operational and corporate HR experience in multiple HR disciplines
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Experience launching complex HR projects across multiple countries
  • Ability to influence Senior Directors on projects
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in multiple countries and in Western companies
