Summary
We are currently hiring a Senior Manager, Talent Development to join our HR team!
What you'll do
- Accountability for the areas of Learning & Development and Talent Development
- Responsible for the development and retention strategies for talent across Asia
- Develop and launch the measurement, reporting and development interventions for employees and leaders at all levels
- Lead Talent reviews, succession planning and other talent strategies
- Design and deliver appropriate automation throughout the Learning functions
- Setup of the Learning strategy
- Lead our TD systems of SF success factors, Talmundo and Lattice
- Support simplification initiatives and drive HR simplification
- Work as a coach and advisor to the organisation
What you'll need
- A strong combination of operational and corporate HR experience in multiple HR disciplines
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Experience launching complex HR projects across multiple countries
- Ability to influence Senior Directors on projects
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in multiple countries and in Western companies
