Summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asia are hiring a Process Improvement Analyst in our Production Support Operations team. The team is fast-paced and constantly engages in various parts of the supply chain in term of analysis and projects. This position is required to understand the business processes, to have problem solving mindset to provide insights & recommendations to the business for improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible to:

•    Provide performance visibility to the business through data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending for further improvement

•    Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the business needs

What you'll do

•    Keep suite of department tools, templates and reports up to date, including daily running and implementation of any change requests

•    Monitor compliance with these tools & drive continuous improvement making changes as business requires 

•    Identify process inefficiencies & bottlenecks supported by data analytics together with its corresponding solution proposal/design/setup to shine the light and draw attention to improvements required by business stakeholders 

•    Assist line manager, Assistant Manager and Senior analyst in monitoring compliance of internal & external stakeholders to SOP’s, ensuring department meets all audit require-ments

•    Assist line manager in delivering pipeline of projects & process improvement initiatives as requested

What you'll need

•    University Degree in Supply Chain or Operational Business Administration 

•    >2 years’ experience in a direct sourcing office or model for a sizable company

•    Good command in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

•    Good communication skills & expert level of Microsoft applications like Excel & Power Point. 

•    Good problem-solving mindset & capability to work in project mode in a fast-paced envi-ronment are required. Project certification (e.g. PMP) would be a plus.

•    A positive, proactive can-do attitude with entrepreneurial spirit is a must
