Summary

As the Culture and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving effective initiatives to enhance culture and values throughout various programs and active communication channels. Taking lead in the company’s employee engagement initiatives and curate plans and programs for the engagement activities that will enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

What you'll do

The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his/ her superior:

  • Shape, roll out and promote our culture and values in close cooperation with Lidl International
  • Engage and partner with internal stakeholders closely, including senior management and business units, to seek feedback and support for culture and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to strengthen our employer brand and develop strategies to bring it to life
  • Develop effective strategies and action plans to enhance overall employee engagement and alignment to organizational goals and employee value propositions
  • Design and implement processes to track, measure and gather data on employee sentiments, engagement and behaviors
  • Other duties in relation to talent management
  • Strong involvement in our strategy and support initiatives when required

What you'll need

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a lead role
  • Experience in driving culture change and employee engagement
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently and proactively, attention to detail
  • Collaborative communicator with good interpersonal and stakeholder management skill
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English is essential
  • Analytical thinker
