The objectives of the position is to conduct analysis for Raw Materials, Bill of Materials and Product Cost estimation

What you'll do

•    Handle seasonal Costing across categories to provide framework on Cost impacts and identify opportunity for negotiation.
•    Make sure all data provided by vendors & mills are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards.
•    Develop & Maintain the material cost database for Bill of Material and report the trends to the teams.
•    Develop costing analysis for various Textile products, including should-cost for new products by working closely with merchandising & product development teams.
•    Liaise with vendors & mills (across Asia) to gather supporting documents for profile establishment and registration process by providing administrative documents to Technical Team.
•    Conducting research & handling information requests 
•    Assist and support cross-functional initiatives and costing projects
•    Perform ad hoc support  such as preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations.

What you'll need

•    Diploma or above
•    Minimum 2 years experience in a buying office / trading / manufacturing industry is an advantage
•    Excellent computer literacy and MS Office skills ( skilled / knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint)
•    Independent, strong analytical mind, detail oriented and problem solving skills with good business acumen.
•    Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience.

Good command of spoken and written English
