Summary
The objective of the position are to ensure transparency on financial and operational performance, profit, cost and service levels. Partner with the business to visualize the impact of core profit, cost and service drivers enabling best practice sharing and fact based decision making. Actively contribute to Sourcing strategy development.
What you'll do
- Build, develop, coach, motivate and lead a strong, diversified team; facilitate and foster continuous learning environment for the team
• Ensure transparency on profit drivers and cost drivers through the budget and forecast process, reporting actual P&L, explaining deviations, and identifying profit generating potentials
• Drive the development and continuous enhancement of balanced Key Performance Indicators, ensuring transparency on business performance drivers and building sustainable “performance management culture” within the Organisation
• Build relationships throughout the business, influencing managers at all levels to understand the impacts of divisional project and processes
• Contribute to the development of strategies to improve end-to-end performance
• Build insightful reports and presentations in a compelling way, that will give insight to the Leadership Team and peers
• Proactively lead changes to current Business Controlling projects to meet the demands of a rapidly growing business
• Ensure that potential financial risks are identified and reflected in the P&L by initiating appropriate provisions; support appropriate administration related policies and SOPs are implemented and followed
What you'll need
• University degree holder, major in Business, Accounting & Finance or other related discipline
• Extensive experience as a business controller
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance experience of trading business is an advantage
• Independent, proactive and well organised with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Excellent written presentation skills
