Summary
Lidl & Kaufland Asia are hiring a Business Analyst for our IT Business Solutions team who will be responsible for ensuring the goals of assigned projects can be achieved in time.
What will you do?
Analyse organisation wide business processes and identify possible system enhancements
Design and further develop current systems used by functional departments
Prepare project documentation (schedule, UAT document, etc.), trainings materials and SOPs
Work closely with external software vendors to ensure smooth software development, implementation, and maintenance
Ensure all agreed deliverables are delivered in a timely manner and to an optimal level of quality
Provide a first line of support to users
Identify and resolve technical issues
What will you need?
At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with experience in the supply chain, sourcing or retail industry
Knowledge of building an end-to-end ERP system
Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based
Hold a Prince2, PMP Certification or Professional Scrum Certification
Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Visio and Project) and other BPM Software skills
A firm understanding of software development methodologies
Good organisation, interpersonal skills and communication skills
Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills
Fluency in English is a must
