The objectives of the position are to:   
•    Assist in the order process
•    Provide assistance to the Household Merchandising Team (Bathroom & Cleaning, Kitchen items)

What you'll do

  • Contributes on the evaluation and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development

  • Follow up on the sampling process 

  • Assist on quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier 

  • Assist the order allocation process from confirmation to shipment 

  • Assist monitoring the end to end process and critical path management within the merchandising team and through day to day liaison with supply chain and supporting departments 

What you'll need

  • DSE/ Form 5 graduated or above with supply chain or business related education 

  • Merchandising  experience or supply-chain related experience 

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, additional languages would be benificial 

  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to seek advise when required

  • Good working attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player

  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
