Summary

Lidl and Kaufland Asia is hiring an Artwork Officer - Textile (6 months contract) to join our Artwork & Packaging Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

•    To provide support to the team for timely and accurate project completion

•    To ensure the packaging layout, label and manual are correct and is delivered on time

What you'll do

•    Handle packaging layout, label and manual proofreading for assigned projects

•    Liaise with merchandising team on product details

•    Liaise with artwork agencies and factories for project follow-up

•    Conduct quality control of artwork production

•    Manage quality of printing and packaging of suppliers / factories

•    Maintain and update order-processing system

What you'll need

•    Form 6 or above

•    At least 2 years relevant experiences in artwork project management.

•    Familiar with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop are preferrable)

•    Possess good project management skills and detail oriented mindset to ensure timely production and delivery schedules are met

•    Good command in English (especially in writing), Mandarin and Cantonese

•    Well-organised, independent, and self-motivated

•    Able to work under pressure

•    Printing / Pre-Press knowledge is preferable
