Have you recently graduated, and do you want to bring energy and ambition to our team? Then apply for our two-year graduate scheme, which commences in September 2024.

What you'll do

During your placement, you will work in our HK office and your rotations will be exposed to the following areas within the business: 

  • Food Quality Teams   
  • Near Food Quality Teams 
  • QA Central Support Teams 

You will be at the helm of our Quality Food & Near Food teams and gain diverse experience working alongside our QA Consultants, Technicians and Factories; gaining hands on experience in sample testing and handling.

What to expect during the programme

From the first day, you will work with highly experienced and trained food and business subject matter experts and learn about the operation of the department. You will support on QA Food related projects to build up your expertise in this are and work with our teams, suppliers & stakeholders in the other offices to closely follow up on critical tasks in the plan. You will also assist with navigating our food safety landscape and work with external agencies and 3rd parties to build regulatory information and understand how food safety impacts our daily operations. 

Once you have build up the foundations, you will take over the running of QA related NPD process and ensure that our products are in the market on time. Under our mentorship, you will also learn how to handle a full 360 project and shadow/observe our on the ground Technicians dealing will real world scenarios and develop best practices on problem solving.

What you'll need

  • Graduates of 2024 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least 3.0 with major, including but not limited to:
    • Food Science
    • Nutrition Science
    • Food Technology
  • Fluency in English, whilst Cantonese, Mandarin and German are advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
  • Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability
  • An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment
  • The right to work in Hong Kong
