What you'll do
During the programme, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure in the following teams:
- IT Business Consulting: You are as unique as your background, experience, and point of view. Here, you’ll be encouraged, empowered, and challenged to be your best self. You'll be working with the experts from different domains (Business & IT) to bring ideas to life! You will learn how to collect and translate business requirements into IT solutions.
- Data & Automation: You will dive into the world of data extraction, transformation and data warehousing in cloud and on-premises environments and work on various Business intelligence and Data analytics projects. You will also learn to use Low Code platforms to optimize processes and deliver business ready applications.
- IT PMO: You will assist in overseeing and managing various IT projects which will includes tracking project progress, ensuring adherence to project management processes and standards, compiling, and analyzing project data for reporting, facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Service & Support: After successful completion of our 2-year training programme, the IT Graduate Trainee will continue an exciting career pursuing their personal career aspirations in the specialised IT streams at Lidl & Kaufland.
What you'll need
- Graduates of 2024 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience
- Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least 3.0 with major, including but not limited to:
- Business and IT/Computer Science degrees
- Enthusiasm for working in the dynamic sourcing industry, any previous experience being highly advantageous
- Fluency in English, whilst Mandarin and German are advantageous
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills
- Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability
- An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment
- The right to work in Singapore
