Summary

Are you an ambitious and proactive recent graduate looking to start you career in HR? Then apply for our two-year graduate scheme, which commences in September 2024.

What you'll do

During your placement, you will work in our Singapore office and be exposed to the following areas within Human Resources:   

  • Talent Management and Development  
  • Human Resources Business Partnering  
  • HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits  
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding   
  • HR Compliance and Employment Law  

At Lidl & Kaufland, our HR teams are responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding our workforce across 10 cities in Asia.

You will be involved in projects that cover a range of HR specialities which will include Talent Development, Learning, generalist HR and supporting the overall HR team.  From day 1 you will be a facilitator and help to embed our HR strategy through our organisation.

What you'll need

  • Graduates of 2024 or recent graduates with up to 1 year working experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/higher or GPA score of at least 3.0 with major, including but not limited to:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Management
    • Legal
    • Psychology
    • Marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team working skills  
  • Creativity in problem-solving and strong analytical ability  
  • An appetite for an ambitious career and ability to adapt to new situations within a fast-paced environment  
  • Fluent in English, whist German and Mandarin are advantageous
  • The right to work in Singapore
